We're looking for coaches for our studios and for people to join us at head office, across Ireland's award-winning small-group training network. If you care about people and results, read on.
In 2025, we were recognised with the Irish Healthcare Excellence Award for Staff Development & Retention. We invest in our coaches because they're the product. Their growth is what drives our members' results.
We're a close-knit group of coaches who look out for each other. We communicate, collaborate, and share knowledge across six studios.
You'll build long-term relationships with members. Track their progress. See real change happen. This is what a coaching career should look like.
Six studios, one team. We train together, we learn together, and a few times a year we get everyone in the same room for a full conference day.
Conference day: workshops, coaching clinics, and the sessions where we set out the year ahead together.
QQI Level 5/6 or equivalent preferred, but attitude and aptitude matter more to us.
Our members include complete beginners, older adults, and people returning from injury. The ability to meet people where they are is essential.
We invest in our coaches. We expect them to invest in themselves.
You're not just leading a session. You're building something. We want people who understand that.
For many of our coaches, progression follows a clear path: Coach to Senior Coach, and then on to Studio Manager. At each stage, we give you the support, training and responsibility to keep developing your skills and take on more.
But there are other paths too. Some of our Head Office team started their careers as coaches, bringing first-hand experience of our members and studios into roles across the business. At the same time, we deliberately hire people from a wide range of backgrounds into Head Office, bringing different skills, experiences and perspectives across areas like finance, marketing, operations, sales and corporate functions.
What brings everyone together is the same thing: a passion for health and fitness and a belief in what we are building. Wherever you want your career to go, we want to help you develop, do great work and find the path that's right for you.

QQI Level 5 or 6 in fitness instruction is preferred, but we consider all backgrounds. Attitude, communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping people matter most.

It starts with a brief call. The next step is to book in and attend a training session so you can experience EXCAPE for yourself. After that one of our team will meet you for a coffee and a chat, and they'll fill you in on the next steps from there.
Yes. We promote internally wherever we can. Studio Manager roles are filled predominantly from our coaching team, and our head office roles across operations, client success, sales and marketing are open to people who start on the studio floor. If you want to grow, EXCAPE will support that.
